General

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and VAT will be payable.

Payments for products and services are required prior to accessing coaching or subscriptions.


Group coaching support

Your purchase of coaching packages indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Halcyon Education.


In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: 


  • The member of staff may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to anna@halcyon.education
  • Once Halcyon Education has scheduled sessions with the member of staff, they are considered set appointments. However, If you are unable to make a coaching session, you need to contact us 12 hours prior to the session starting, you will then be offered another session.
  • Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 12 hours advance notice will be lost. 
  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the member of staff from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then they may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. 


Group coaching is via Zoom and requires attendees to create their own account with Zoom.


Whatsapp group will be monitored by a nominated advisor from Halcyon Education.


Information and documents shared within the coaching group are for the groups use only, unless otherwise stated by group members or Halcyon Education.

 

Newsletter subscription

All newsletters are subject to copyright and are therefore not to be replicated or shared without permission.


All newsletters are purchased for the sole purpose of the school and not to be shared beyond the intended group/s of that school.


Should your organisation want to switch from annual to monthly subscription or vice versa


Refunds or Returns


  • An organisation may cancel a newsletter order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to anna@halcyon.education


Payment Terms & Methods

Organisations can pay via Debit or Credit Card or pay on invoice.


Halcyon Education retains the right to withdraw subscriptions or coaching where they deem it necessary to do so.
