We offer group training for teaching and pastoral staff to equip them with the skills they need to help support their students in a variety of ways.

These sessions predominantly take place during inset days, with some provision for twilight sessions, depending on your location. They are often a good place to start, providing knowledge and coping skills for your staff so they feel more confident when facing increasingly complex and challenging situations with students and are able to help in an appropriate and more effective way.
